Miracles of the Light

Light was a first act of G*d creating the earth and living on it.

Light is an essential for most living creatures. It’s a part of nutrition without which we suffer and die.

Light is a symbol of hope. It’s a lighthouse in the stormy waters of life, leading our steps to safety.

Light attracts living beings and brings them to socialize and create community.

Light helps to measure time and set milestones between seasons.

Light phenomena in the sky were often a subject of various prophecies.

Whether we call it Solstice, Hanukkah or Christmas, now it’s the right time to celebrate miracles of the light.

Enjoy it!

The New Year is coming

No matter what we are going to do, no matter if we like it or we are angry, the New Year is coming. I hear the clock ticking and realize the quiet power of time. There is probably no other quality in the whole Universe that has such power over us and that awakens so much passion in us.

Is it because we cannot corrupt the clock ticking and we cannot steal any extra time? We can only watch the regularity and accept or celebrate the imaginary milestones like when we officially change the number of year in the calendar. And although there are other numbering systems too, we enter the gate of 2018 tonight.

Passing milestones on the life path is always an opportunity to refresh senses and recheck directions. That’s why so many people make a list of resolutions. I have never done such a list, but I like to know how I feel where I am.

And I am glad I decided to open the door for blogging, to have a space for sharing part of myself with all of you. Thanks for reading, commenting and/or stopping by! I appreciate the time you spent with me. And believe me, I don’t regret the time I have spent with you, reading your posts. Thanks for enhancing my life, bringing me a new inspiration.

With love, Ivana

Happy birthday!

In these days, a lot of my friends celebrate their birthday and unlike previous years, I will not have the opportunity to celebrate with them. Life is a continuous evolution, and there is nothing more to do than to accept it. So, even at a distance, happy birthday to all of you!

I was born in the Scorpio sign as well, and my birthday is coming next Saturday. As always, around my birthday, I feel some change of energy flow in my life. It is an undefined tension, like when you have a tremor before the show. I have already learned to accept it as a fact and not to worry about it.

But still I am the person of many questions and I like to discover at least the clue to a hidden mystery. Due to a regularity of the energy flow changes around my birthday I have been looking for answers or explanations. The pattern of numbers and tarot cards gives me a kind of understanding what is hidden beneath.

Now, I am going to enter the energy of the Hanged man in the big cycle of Lovers. Briefly it means the energy of dead ends in the area of relationships. Yes, it helps me to accept zero celebrations with my friends this year. And I have felt the necessity to change my friends’ portfolio for some time, but I am a conservative person who doesn’t like to lose what cares about. But again, life is an evolution and we cannot keep everything to block the stream.

The Hanged man card contains a message. You see the world upside down and you have to change your angle of view radically to heal yourself. It is useless to continue on the same path because it doesn’t lead to anywhere. That would be head against the wall.

And this is something difficult to accept, even though I am well aware that the Hanged man card is the shadow that precedes release and abundance. There must to be a sacrifice to bring the result. This is a historical formula that can be applied up today. But still it hurts.

And that’s why my mood is not cheerful and my post lacks a joke. I hope it will improve soon!

But still with love,

Ivana

The Night of Miracles

Whether we celebrate Christmas or Chanukah, we celebrate the night of miracles. Each of us may need to believe in miracles, because we live in a cynical age when wars, suffering and death of thousands are watched on TV at breakfast.

Belief in miracles brings hope, that one day we ourselves are going to become part of a miracle. It encourages us to overcome obstacles and not to be indifferent to the surrounding life. Belief in miracles doesn’t mean to wait for them at home and doing nothing.

So let’s celebrate! Happy Christmas and Chanukah!
